When I read stuff like this, it always makes me want to cover my head in shame. Seriously, Chinese people can be so f*cking stupid sometimes. In an attempt to control an increase in cases of rabies attributed to dog bites, the Chinese government in one province of China has decided to start killing dogs. Not just stray dogs, mind you, not just dogs running around without a leash or collar. ALL dogs. And not kill as in "euthanize". Kill as in take a dog that's out for a walk with its owner and beat it to death.

Hmm.... how about, if there's a rabies problem with dogs, instead of beating them to death, I dunno, try VACCINATING THE DOGS?! This f*cking problem was solved half a century ago, figure it out!
