Finally, an end to the insanity?

A federal judge has finally confirmed what everyone with half a brain already figured out, ruling that the NSA's program to monitor communications without a warrant is unconstitutional. A snippet from her ruling:

"[The NSA's program] violates the separation of powers doctrine, the Administrative Procedures Act, the First and Fourth amendments to the United States Constitution, the FISA and Title III."

Hey, if you're going to violate the law, might as well go all out, right? So why is this turkey still the President??!
