Privacy Legal Loophole?!
Is this a fricking joke?!! According to US Federal Code 18 U.S.C. 2511, section 2.a.ii.B, telecommunications providers are required to help law enforcement officials with any surveillance under the Foreign Intelligence Service Act if the U.S. Attorney General provides a written certification indicating that a warrant is not required. In other words, the Attorney General of the United States, who is appointed by the President of the United States, has the authority to ignore the courts and declare, of his own volition, that telecommunications must help wiretap American citizens, or turn over phone records, or really anything related to surveillance. If a crony of Bush says it's OK, then that's good enough. No court order required. Talk about a conflict of interest!!

Big Brother is watching you !
This is the kind of policy typical of the much fighted "dictators" or "detractors" of the american democracy. Regular americans think that Fidel Castro, Kadaffi (Bush ´s New Friend) or the former dictator Saddam Hussein (Bush ex-good friend) are the bad guys of this mega movie but you see this thing happening. Contradictorial? You bet. And i presume is part of the anti-american paranoia reaction post 9/11. They will be amazed to find out that the "enemy is inside" and no dumb law like this could do nothing to stop it. At the end Its a Myth. It is like try to cover the sun with your finger, because no country has the capability to be a big brother for their citizens and hear, tape and monitor everyone. Dont you agree with me?
